CITY OF NORTH OLMSTE D RESOLUTIC?N No. 63 -~ ``; By %~~ ~ ~ ~~ ~~ -~ A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RBCORD PURPOSES ONLY, THE PROPOSED SUBDIVT5ION KNOWN AS NORT~i PARK SUB- DIVIS30N No. 1, AND +!)BCLARING AN EMBRC~BNG'Y. I~iBREAS, the plat of proposed North Park Sub- division No. 1 has heretofore been filed with the Planning Com- mission and by it approved and referred to the Council; and WHEREAS, said plat containffi ninety-three t93) sublots and six streets, to-wit: Camellia Lane, Nandina Drive, Wisteria Drive, Gardenia Drive, Azalea Lane and Oring Road; and WHEREAS, .~sd plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being inconformance to the ordinances and resolu- tions of this City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio s Section is That this Council, having been advised of the approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of proposed North Park Subdivision No. 1 and having been advised that said plat has the approval of the City Bngineer and that it meets the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the ~City of North Qlmsted, hereby approves said plat, for record purposes only.
