Residence District to that of General Retail <br />Business District' has 'been introduced and unanimously appravad <br />by the Planning Commission and it is required by the Charter and <br />the Zoning Law that a date, tine and place for a public hearing <br />on said Ordinance be established and that notice be given to <br />certain residents as required by the Charter of this City. <br />NOW, THBRBFORIi, BB IT RBSOLV.ED by the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of ©hio: <br />Section is That the Council hereby establishes <br />September 3, 19d~3 at 8: ~Q P.
