CITY OF NORTH OLMSTBD ORDINANCE No. 63 ~!`•~ _~ _ ~ ~ , AN ORDINANCE AMENIIING ORDINANCE No. 63-101 PERTAINING TO PARKING LIMITATIONS ON B$RIHIRI3 DRIYB, AND D8- CLARING AN EMBRGBNCY. WHI~.R$AS, Ordinance No. 63-1~1 provided for the prohibition of parking at all times on both sides of Berkshire Drive for its entire length; and WHEREAS, it was the intention of this Council that said parking prohibition apply only to that side of Berk- shre Drive on v-hich fire hydrants are located in order that a hasardous and dangerous condition could be eliminated. NOW, THEREFORE., RE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 63-101, reading as f oliowss nThat the traffic control map (modified Ordinance 3U5.01) be amended by designating thereon that parking is prohibited at all times on both aides of Berkshire Drive for its entire length.' be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1; That the traffic control map (Codified Ordinance 305.01) be amended by designating thereon that parking is prohibited at ali times on the seat side of Berkshire Drive for that portion of Berkshire drive which runs north and south and on the north aide of Berkshire Drive for that portion of Berkshire Drive which runs east and went. Section 2: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 63-1D1 is hereby repealed concurrently with the effective date of this ordinance.
