CITY OF NORTH 0 LMST ED <br />ORD i NANC E N0. 63 - /;~ 9' <br />,;~~ ~_ <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />~. <br />BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE <br />OF OH I0: <br />Section 1. That the Finance Director be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />$1,500.00 from Contingencies to Clerical <br />$ 150.00 from Contingencies to Planning Commission <br />$ 400.00 from Contingencies to Judgements ~ Settlements <br />$ 200.00 from Contingencies to Civil Service Commission <br />$3,000.00 from Contingencies to Insurance <br />$ 400.00 from Poor Relief to Engineering <br />$1,000.00 from Engineering Building Dept to General Engineering <br />SAFETY FUND <br />$ 100.00 from Contingencies General to Schooling Fire Dept. <br />SERVICE FUND <br />$7,000.00 from Contingencies general to Labor Street Repair <br />6,000.00 from Safety-Service Wages to Labor Street Repair <br />1,000.00 from Safety-Service Trucks to Repairs Street Repair <br />500.00 from Safety-Service Equipment ~ Repairs to Repairs St. Repair <br />500.00 from Contingencies General to Insect Gas ~ Oil <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure in .that it relates to the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />to the usual daily operation of the several municipal departments of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Section 3.
