CITY O F NtjRTH OLi~1S TED <br />OR~~}INANCE No. 63 ~~"_7`" <br />B ~~ r- ~>~i~-mac .~~.:~c~c <br />y <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENUI NG THE ZONE MAP ADO~''I'ED AS PART <br />OF ORDINANCE No. 62-33 (KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) B Y GHANGI NG THE DES IGNA- <br />TION THEREON OF CERTAIN LANDS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED BY <br />METES AND BOUNDS FRO~~ ITS PRESENT DES IGNATIO1+t~ THEREON <br />AS CLASS C RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO THAT OF GENERAL RETAIL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Caty of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the official Zone Map of the City of <br />North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as <br />the Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by <br />changing the designation thereon of the following parcels of land <br />described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Parcel No. 1: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot <br />No. 47 in Lorain Road Estates Subdivision of part of <br />Original Dover Township Lot No. 30, as shown by the re- <br />corded plat in Volume 155 of Maps, Page 7 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records, and being 70.31 feet front on the Westerly side of <br />West 230th Street, and extending back of equal width 127 <br />feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, b~zt <br />subject to all legal highways. <br />Parcel No. 2: <br />Situated in the Caty of 1lTOrt~r!
