CITY OF NORTH OLM5TED <br />By i <br />RESOLUTION No. 63 - ~~ 6 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />ROSE TREE SUfl~IVISION No. 1, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has hereto- <br />fore reviewed and annroved the proposed improvement plans for <br />Rose Tree Subdivision No. 1 and the Engineer advises the Gouncil <br />that said improvement plans meet the requirements of the <br />ordinances and resolutions of th.e City of North Olmsted. <br />N)W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Gouncil <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby approve the <br />improvement plans for Rose Tree Subdivision No. 1 and advises <br />that said plans meet the requirements of the ordinances and <br />resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public welfare, peace, health and safety by virtue of the immediate <br />necessity of approving the within plans so that work in connection <br />therewith may proceed as soon as possi'ale; WHEREFORE, this Resolu- <br />tion shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />,, <br />Bruce Mac onald, resident <br />of Council <br />ATTEST : -' <br />_.. <br />Louise Ha11, Clerk o ouncil <br />:.'~' APPROVED : . <br />_~; ~ ~ ;ji <br />>, <br />!~ <br />Paul J.
