<br />.,. j ~; <br />;~ ~- <br />.. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE No. 63 ~-'/C`~ <br />AN OR FINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL ~9.A P AND THE <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL FILE 9Y DESIGNATING ON THE MAP A NO <br />PARKING ZONE ON BOTH SIDES OF BERKSHIRE DRIVE FOR ITS <br />ENTIRE LENGTH, AND DECLARING AN' EMERGENCY. <br />WHEKEA5, Berkshire llrive, in the City of <br />North Olmsted, is a divided highway with a r,lanted strip in the <br />center which results in each side thereof being narrow by comparison <br />with full width divided streets; and <br />WtEkEAS, parking on either side of Berkshire <br />Drive reduces the useable portion thereof which makes it difficult <br />to move large vehicles such as fire fighting equipment and by reason <br />thereof causes a condition which this Council feels would be <br />dangerous to the welfare of the City. <br />NOW, THER.BFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1 z That the t ra.f f is control map (~Codif ied <br />Ordinance 3©S.
