CITY OF NORTH 43LMSTED <br />RESC~i,UTION No. 63 <br />~~ ~.v <br />A RESE~,UTION BXPR:6SSING THE INTENTION OF COUNCIL <br />AND T'HB AI~+IINiSTRATION T'O COOPERATE IN EVFsRY WAY <br />~_ WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LAND HERETOP ZONBD <br />~~~° FOR LIMITED INDUSTRY. <br />WHBR.fiAS, the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted has coned an area of the City for limited industry as <br />set forth in the co,~prehensive zoning law and is desirous of <br />obtaining industrial development in that area; and <br />~iHBREAS, the Council and the Mayor of the City <br />desire to make clear their intention to cooperation with any <br />organisation, firm or individual to accomplish this end; and <br />WHERBAS, it is deemed advisable by the Council <br />that its position with regard to industrial development be made <br />a matter of record. <br />N€'~1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of North Ol~rsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1.
