~~~ <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTBD <br />ORDINANCE No. 63 ~~ <br />....~ <br />y ~~ <br />AN 4RDTNANCB ESTABLISHING SANITARY SBWAGE RATES Ft~t <br />RBSTDBNTS OF PARK RI1K~.B BOMBS SUBDIVISION, AND D8- <br />GLARING AN EMBRGBNCY. <br />r~ <br />. ~' WHERBAS, the developer of Park Ridge Homes Sub- <br />division has completed a sanitary sewage treatment plant (herein- <br />. after referred to as the Park Ridge Sewage Treatment Plant) to <br />serve the residents of said subdivision; sad <br />WHERBAS, such plant has been turned over to the <br />.City ®f North 01~ested f®r management, operation and maintenance, <br />all in arc®rdance with the requirements of the ordinances and <br />reso,leetions of the City of North Olmsted and the regulations <br />of the State of Ohio; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that rates be established j~ <br />for .the use of such facility; and ,/ <br />~!'' ~ <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to this <br />~oun¢il his estimates of the cost of management, maintenance and <br />operation thereof, <br />NOW, THEREFORB, H1: IT ORDATNBD by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohios <br />. °'Section 1: That there is hereby established a schedule <br />®f sates and charges for the use of the sewage system, inclpdias <br />c©1leation aAd treatment of sewage of all lots, lands or premises <br />served by or having a connection with the sanitary sewage system <br />within the Park Ridge Homes Subdivisions <br />(a) '~3.OU per month for each lot, parcel of land or <br />premises within the Park Ridge Homes Subdivision <br />®r any other lot, parcel of land or premises <br />having a connection with the Park Ridge Sewage <br />Treatment Plant, said rate to remain in forge <br />and effect as hereinafter set forth until Council <br />determines the necessity of any change in said <br />rate or until the Park Ridge Sewage Treatment <br />Plant is connected to and becomes a part of the <br />- general sanitary sewage collection and treatment ,` <br />system of the City; <br />~~ ~~ <br />(b) The charge herein set forth shall take effect ,~' <br />MAfzc~t 1, i9.65 for all 1®ts, parcels of <br />land or premises connected to said system on that <br />` ~ date; <br />4 <br />`:, Ec) Such charge shall take effect for all lots, parcels <br />~ ~_ of land and' premises wbrich may be connected sub- <br />~. sequent to .
