That there be appropriated from the STREET OPENING <br />FUND ......................................................$ 19,750.00 <br />Section 15. That there be appropriated from the SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />FUND ...................:..................................$228,718.86 <br />Section 16. That there be appropriated from the PERMANENT <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND ..........................................$ 10,385.15 <br />Section 17. That there be appropriated from MISCELLANEOUS <br />FUNDS .....................................................$105,020.77 <br />Section 18. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section lg. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved <br />by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or <br />Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be <br />drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and <br />in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriations for <br />contingencies can .only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items <br />of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than <br />those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 20. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, in .that it relates to the public health, safety and welfare, and to the <br />usual daily operation of the several municipal departments of the City of North Olmsted, <br />and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br />PASSED: April 2, 1963 <br />ATTEST: <br />~, <br />~-` <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Paul J.
