CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 63 __~~~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />ROSE TREE SUF3??IVISION No. 2, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has hereto- <br />fore reviewed and approved proposed improvement plans far the <br />Rose Tree Subdivision No. 2 and the Engineer has advised this <br />Council that said plans meet the requirements of the ordinances <br />and resolutions of the City of North 0]msted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, 3~E IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby approve the <br />improvement plans for Rose Tree Subdivision No. 2 and finds that <br />said plans meet the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety <br />and welfare by virtue of the immediate necessity of approving <br />the within improvement plans so that the orderly development <br />of the City may proceed as rapidly as possible; WHEREFORE, <br />this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by <br />law. f.,~_L, ' ~. <br />sL- ~ _.. ~`-6. <br />PASSED : ~-~L c...r~ / ~, /~'6~._s, <br />,~ <br />Bruce Mac Wald, resident <br />of Council <br />ATTEST• <br />~ m <br />1 <br />ouise Ha11, Clerk o Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Paul J. =a eau, ayor <br />i <br />~ j ~,. ~ <br />~+ ax r~ ~. ~.kP .~3-e~1t~s~ ..- <br />
