CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 63 "~ ~~ <br />By ~ l , •~~i~- ~~- ~ c.~~ <br />~~._ <br />A RESOLUTION APPF20VING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />THE PROPOSET~ SUBDIVISION KNOI~TN AS ROSE TREE SUB- <br />DIVISION No. 2, AND DECLARING AN Ei~iERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of proposed Rose Tree Sub- <br />division No. 2 has heretofore been filed with the Planning <br />Commission and by it approved and referred to the Council; <br />and <br />VaHEREAS, said plat coma~ns twenty-eight C28) <br />sublots and one (1) street, to-wit: Fairlawn Drive, containing <br />a temporary turn-around; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City <br />Engineer as being in conformance to the ordinances and resolu- <br />tions of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council, having been advised <br />of the approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of pro- <br />posed Rose Tree Subdivision No. 2 and having been advised that <br />said plat has the approval of the City Engineer and that it <br />meets the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the <br />City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat, for record <br />purposes only. <br />Section 2a That this Resolution is hereby determined <br />tc be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, peace, safety and welfare, by virtue of the <br />necessity of giving immediate approval to said plat in order <br />that the development of the City may proceed in an orderly <br />manner as rapidly as possible; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall. <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, other- <br />wise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />~,~~acY. ~y.i ~10_;~:.~..s. <br />PASSED : r~ ~ L ~~ r / ~6..~ <br />Bruce Mac onald, res dent <br />of Counc i 1 <br />A ?~T: <br />~E_ ,~ <br />~, ouise Hall, Clerk o Council <br />APPROVED: ~.~ <br />_. <br />F ~~„ .. <br />/ ~ ~ f / <br />Paul . - areau, Mayor ~7 ~~:' <br />~~ . ~. _. <br />~~~ <br /> <br />
