CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 63 _~,~? rte. <br />~G~ ~ ,~ <br />y <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TIIE IMPROVEA'(ENT PLANS FOR <br />WALTER-MAPLE SUB DIVISION, AND DECLARING AN Ei~NERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore <br />reviewed and approved proposed improvement plans for the Walter- <br />Maple Subdivision and the Engineer has advised this Council <br />that said plans meet the requirements of the ordinances and <br />resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Council does hereby approve the <br />improvement plans for Walter-Maple Subdivision and finds that <br />said plans meet the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety <br />and welfare by virtue of the immediate necessity of approving <br />the within improvement plans so that the orderly development <br />of the Citp may proceed as rapidly as possible; WHEREFORE, <br />this Resolutian shall take effect and be in for ce immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by <br />1 aw. <br />PASSED: C-[~'z..~t/''.~_ ~~` r~°~,-r' <br />Bruce Macdonald, President <br />of Council <br />ATTEST: -- <br />--~.-cz~-~._ '~ <br />ouise Ha21, Clerk o Council <br />,:;:; <br />r , ; <br />APPROVED: .~ <br />~-;, <br />i ,. <br />Paul J.
