CITY flF NORTH OLAt~TED <br />ORDINANCE No. 63 ' ~_~___~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE gI1THORIZIN.~~ THE MAYOR TU ENTER INTO <br />A CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO, <br />FOR THE MUTUAL EXCHANGE OF FIRE FIGHTING SERVICE5, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with the City of Fairview <br />Park, Ohio, for the mutual exchange of fire fighting services and <br />equipment; said contract to be in the form of all other mutual <br />aid fire agreements entered into by the City of North Olmsted <br />except that said contract shall remain in force and effect in- <br />definitely unless either party thereto gives thirty (30) days <br />notice of cancellation. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety <br />and welfare by virtue of the immediate necessity of continuing <br />in force an agreement which, in an emergency, can provide <br />additional fire protection; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall <br />take effect and he in force immediately upon its passage, other- <br />wise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ~~~--Z_t"'--1~.- i j; ~~' ~ , . ~~' <br />~~:r~ f/L,~~.,s,~ , ~ sident <br />of Council /-~~'u ~F-. -~e <br />ATTES <br />Louise Hall, Jerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br /><;~,,` <br />Paul J. ateau, Mayor <br />t <br />~~~~A ;.~ <br />T t.-e .. <br />~~~ `~;; <br />
