~~~, <br />°! <br />t <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESJLUTION No. 63 '.r~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTIvN ACCEPTING THE WATER MAIN EASEMENT IN <br />PROPOSED NORTH OXFORD OVAL, SOUTH OXFORD OVAL, <br />EAST OXFORD OVAL, WEST OXFORD OVAL IN BLOSSOM <br />LAND CORPORAT I ~7N' S WALTER MAPLE SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the Council has heretof ore approved the <br />proposed development of Blossom Land Corporations Walter Maple <br />Subdivision including North Oxford Oval, South Oxford Oval, <br />East Oxford Oval and West Oxford Oval, proposed; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of North <br />Olmsted accept an easement over said North Oxford Oval, South <br />Oxford Oval, East Oxford Oval and West Oxford Oval for the <br />purpose of permitting the installation and maintenance of water <br />mains therein by the City of Cleveland Water Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESJLVED by the Council <br />of the Lity of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: Ttiat the Council does hereby accept an <br />easement from B~~r~ag Waterbury, Jr. and Richard Sanders, Jr. <br />for the installation and maintenance of water mains in pro- <br />posed North Oxford Oval, South Oxford Oval, East Oxford Oval <br />and West ©xford Oval in Blossom Land Corporationts Walter <br />Maple Subdivision; the entire cost of the installation of <br />water mains and appurtenances thereto within the ,premises de- <br />scribed in said easement shall be at the cost of the developers, <br />Blossom Land Corporation. <br />PASSED: ~~ -. , ~ -~ - .r `' <br />~~ <br />ruce MacDcald, President <br />of Council <br />ATTBST: <br />~' <br />.'d~'~: <br />°'~" ~ ouise Hall, ler o ouncil <br />APPROVED: <br />,~~ - ~ ^ <br />aul J. eau, Mayor <br />~~>~f -~ <br />
