COTY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~'-~ <br />BY-_~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 236-1g-4 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR .PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of .the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Edward and Dorothy. Krejci °f 25795 Butternut Ridge <br />have paid the sum of $ 116.28 in payment.of said special assessments., in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 63 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No 236-19-4 , <br />in the City of North Olmsted, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years lg 63 through 1979, inclusive, <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assessments <br />for"the period lg 63 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 116.2$ on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No 236-19-4 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASS ED• ~'heL~ .'S /c1~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~ ~~ ~~ <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />~' <br />ul J. 6a~` au, Mayor <br />Bruce MacDonald, President of Council <br />~' <br />''~ ~ ~ 3 <br />M( ' ~~ <br />r~~ ~ .,4 <br />~ ~ <br />.~, <br />,m~F <br />,; ~~ <br />~~ <br />
