C ITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />0 RD I NANO E NO > ~i.~ .SSG <br />BY- ~ G~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. X31_10_5 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR .PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />d'!~` WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Harry and Dorothy Dawson of 3259 Clague Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 65.62 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 63 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No 231-10-5 , <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section l; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 63 through 1979, inclusive, <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assessments <br />for'the period lg 63 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 65.62 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No 231-10-5, <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASS ED• G~'~'t-~L •~ ~ ~ <br />ATTEST <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council <br />~. ~- <br />%~ . }, <br />~~ ~ <br />1 <br />/~%' ~, <br />Bruce MacDonald, President of Council <br />.:,: 1 <br /> <br /> <br />nnnnnvrn. <br />
