CONBTItUCTI ON <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />MBIEItBAt, special asseasrnents have bean cdrtified by the <br />Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ito, to the Auditor of Cuyathoga County <br />for the construction of a water line. <br />WHEREAS, John and June Cross of 4456 Lansing Drive. <br />havd paid the suim of s 238.88 in payment of said spacial asssssam~ts, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 63 through 19 66 , incisive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 232-1-7 , <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 63 through 19 66 , <br />inclusive, assessments in full for water line construction <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North <br />Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on <br />such assessments for the period 19 63 through 19 66, inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 238.88 on said parcel, <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of flayehoga County, <br />Ohio. <br />Section 4: Whe rofore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to ba <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such enu~rgency exists by <br />virtue of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 232-1-7 ,for water line construction. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period alldwed by law. <br />~ ~ . <br />PASSED: ~ _ / <br />ATTEST: <br />__ <br />~` <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />~/ ~ ~ ~ <br />^~i~ •1 ~ jr <br />P ui J; Gareau, Mayor <br />~` <br />'~ ~ <br />Bruce MacDonald, President of Council <br />~Q%. <br />e•~• ~i~~, J i~ ~ <br />
