CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />. D <br />BY: Mr. <br />RESOLUT ION N0. 63 - <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE AUDITOR OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, DURING THE YEAR <br />1963, ALL TAX MONEY DUE AND OWING SAID CITY FROM ANY <br />COLLECTION SOURCE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OH 10: <br />Section 1. That the County Auditor be and he is hereby requested <br />to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during the year 1863, all tax money due and <br />owing to said City from any and all tax collection sources. <br />Section 2, That an attested copy of this resolution shall be <br />immediately forwarded to the County Auditor. <br />Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and general welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such <br />emergency exists by virtue of the immediate necessity of requesting payment to <br />the City of North Olmsted of tax money belong:i.ng to said City from any and all <br />sources distributed by the County Auditor in accordance to law, all for the <br />immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and general welfare <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 4.
