<br />RESOLUTION NO 64- 3 3 ~~

<br />A RESOLUTION COMMEPIDING DONALD L. KAPPEL ON
<br />HIS ACHIEVEMENT OF THE EAGLE SCOUT AWARD;
<br />WHEREAS, Council has been apprised that the Eagle Scout
<br />Award will be presented to Donald L, Kappel on December 30, 1964; and
<br />WHEREAS, this Award will be presented at an Eagle Court of
<br />Honor at the West Park Congregational Church, 3909 Rocky River Drive,
<br />Cleveland, Ohio; and
<br />*;
<br />WHEREAS, the son of Mr. and Mrs, Norman L. Kappel of
<br />3961 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Donald is 17 years old, a Senior of
<br />North Olmsted High School; and
<br />WHEREAS, a member of Pack 47 for three years, a member of
<br />Troop 135 for four years and has served as Scribe, Patrol Leader, Assistant
<br />Senior Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader, and Instructor, and as a member of
<br />Explorer Post 135 for two years and other achievements as evidenced by
<br />Exhibit "A" a copy of which is attached hereto; and
<br />WHEREAS, the reception of the Eagle Scout Award by this
<br />zealous and outstanding youth is a notewortlryyaccomplishment deserving of
<br />the accolade of the entire community.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
<br />of North Olmsted, Ohio.
<br />Section 1. That this Council extends its heartiest
<br />congratulations and best wishes to Donald L. Kappel
<br />and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman L. Kappel,
<br />Section 2, That the Clerk of Council be and sher is hereby
<br />requested to transmit a copy of this Resolution to D~IALD L. PPEL.
