CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. 64- 3 3 A SOLUTION COMMEWDING RICHARD A KAPPEL ON HIS ACHIEVEMENT OF THE EAGLE SCOUT AWARD. WHEREAS, Council has been apprised that the Eagle Scaut Award will be presented to Richard A. Kappel an December 30, 1964; and WHEREAS, this Award wilt be presented at an Eagle Court of Honor at the West Park Congregational Church; 3909 Rocky River Drive, Cleveland, Ohio; and WHEREAS, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman L. Kappel of 3961 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Richard is 18 years old and a graduate of North Olmsted High School; and WHEREAS, a member of Pack 47 for two. years, a member of Troop 135 for three years and has served as Patrol Leader and Assistant Senior Patrol Leader and as a member of Explorer Post 135 for five years and other achievements as evidenced by Exhibit "A" a copy of which is attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the reception of the Eagle Scout Award by this Zealous and outstanding youth is a noteworthy accomplishment deserving of the accolade of the entire community; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE88LVED, by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, Section 1. That this Council extends its heartiest congratulations and best wishes to Richard A. Kappel and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman L. Kappel. Section 2.
