CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 64-332 r BY: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 64-238, ENACTED OCTOBER 6, 1964 AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 64-23, ENACTED JANUARY 24, 1964, (CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, TITLE FIVE, CHAPTER 1321, SECTION 1321,01) ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CODIFIID ORDINANCE N0. 1321,01 SPECIFYING GENERAL BUILDING FEES AND GOVERNING CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION", AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 64-238 enacted October 6, 1964 amending Ordinance No, 64-23, enacted January 24, 1964, (Title Five, Chapter 1321, Section 1321.01), presently reading as follows: "1321,01 GENERAL BUILDING FEES: CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION, The following permit and inspection fee schedule is authorized to be charged and collected by the Building Commissioner: (a) Residential. Buildings, new construction: (1) One family houses: Initial fee 25.00 Plus $2,00 for each 100 sq. ft, of the area of the building including the upper most stories of useable area. (2) Two family houses: Initial fee 38.00 Plus $2.00 for each 100 sq. ft. of the area of a building, including the upper most stories of useable area. (3) Apartment houses containing more t han two dwelling units: Initial fee per ;unit 30.00 Plus $2,00 for each 100 sq, ft, of the area of a building, including the upper most stories of useable area, (b) Residential buildings, additions: (1) Initial fee 5.00 (2) Also useable floor area fee per 100 sq. ,50 ft, in all stories (c) Residential buildings, accessory detached garage5,00 (1) Initial fee ,50 (2) Also per 100 sq. ft, floor area (d) Residential buildin s, alterations other than additions: 1 Initial fee 10.00 (2) Also per 100 sq, ft. .50
