CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 64- <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUILDING CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, TITLE ONE, CHAPTER 1301. , <br />SECTION 1301.05 (CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED) ENTITLED "AMENDMENTS TO <br />REGIONAL DWELLING HOUSE CODES " AN'D DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Section 15 21.01 entitled "Application" <br />and heretofore adopted by City of North Olmsted by virtue of Ordinance No. <br />2645, enacted March 4, 1958 and reading as follows: <br />"Standard specifications, codes, and other standard require- <br />ments , rules , regulations or recommendations mentioned <br />in any section of this Dwelling House Code, either by name <br />or by number or by both, shall be those more fully identified <br />in this Chapter by name, number and year or symbol of date <br />of issue." <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1521.01 entitled"Application of the Regional Dwelling <br />House Codd' shall be Paragraph D, of Section 13p ~ ~ 05 <br />Title One, of Part 13 of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted, and shall read SECTION 1521.01 <br />APPLICATION . <br />Standard specifications, codes, and other standard require- <br />ments , rules , regulations or recommendations mentioned <br />in any section of tl-is Dwelling House Code, either by name <br />or by number or by both, shall be those more fully identified <br />in this Chapter by name, number and year or symbol of date <br />of issue as amended by current issues. <br />Section 2: That Chapter Z 1, entitled "National Standards , <br />of the Regional `Dsnrelling House Code, adopted by Ordinance 2645 of the <br />City of North Olmsted, and Section 1301.05 , Chapter 1301, Part i 3 of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted be supplemented by <br />the addition of Section 1521.33 to the Regional Dwelling House Code and <br />by adding a Paragraph to Section 1301.05 of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted which shall read as follows: <br />Regional Dwelling House Cade <br />Section ~;~8.21.33 National Warm Air-Heating and Air <br />Conditioning Codes. <br />Paragraph E.
