CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />4~ ~t,~ <br />State of Ohio: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 64-_~ ~ ~ ,_ <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF RECOR~JiNG <br />SECRETARY TO THE BUILDING CODE OF APPEALS OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION <br />OF THE RECORDING SECRETARY OF THE BUILDING CODE OF <br />APPEALS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY the Council of the Cfty of North Olmsted, <br />Section 1. That the Building Code of Appeals of the City of <br />North Olmsted is hereby authorized to employ a paid recording secretary <br />who shall transcribe from notes taken at meeting and to prepare minutes <br />of said meetings , letters and other notices which may be required and <br />for such services to be compensated at-the rate of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) <br />per meeting attended of the Boardcnf Building Code of Appeals, effective <br />January 1, 1965. <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby determined to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public <br />welfare, peace, health and safety by virtue of the necessity of preserving <br />the minutes of the aforesaid Building Code of Appeals and to relieve the <br />members of the excessive burden of answering correspondence to the <br />Building Code of Appeals; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon #fi p~s~sage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ (~~p~ <br />~' <br />(l. c~.-,~..t.~-b <br />Francis J.
