CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 64 a ~ Page 2 <br />Thence S. 89° 0' E. for a distance of 30 feet to the <br />true place of beginning; <br />Thence S. 89° 0' E, for a distance of 120 feet to a point; <br />Thence N . 1° 0' East for a distance of five feet to a point; <br />Thence S. 89° 0' E. for a distance of 100 feet to a point; <br />Thence S. 1° 0' W, for a distance of 10 feet to a point; <br />0 <br />Thence N. 89 0' W. for a distance of 220 feet to a point; <br />Thence N. 1° 0' E, for a distance of five feet to the place <br />of beginning and containing 0.037 acre <br />Section 2; That it is deemed necessary to appropriate <br />forever a permanent easement in and to the real property , hereinafter <br />described, for the purpose of maintaining the sanitary sewers in the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio. <br />The property of Anthony Novak and Lydia S.
