CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ~ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64-_~~ r y <br />BY~ ~s ~.. ~ 2°~ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO AL7VERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />THE FURNISHING OFA'SPREADER BOX AND SPREADER, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service .and <br />Public Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the <br />furnishing of one spreader box and spreader in accordance with the <br />detailed specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public <br />Service and Public Safety. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure by virtue of the fact that the above equip- <br />unent is essential to the maintenance of the streets of the City of North <br />Olmsted during the wire er months; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall <br />take effect immediately from and after passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law . <br />PASSED: ~~~.Q,~~~-~ I , C ~ ~a <br />._~ ~ ~. . <br />~~~ <br />Francis J.
