CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64 - 3 r ~O <br />,~pp ;; <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF TIRES AND TUBES FOR THE AUTOMOTNE l~QUIPMENT <br />OF THE CITY, IN SIZES, QUANTITY AND bELIVERY AS <br />DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE IN HIS <br />OFFICE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio. <br />Section 1. That the Director of Public Service and <br />Public Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the <br />furnishing of tires and tubes for the automotive equipment of the City, <br />in sizes, quantity and delivery as determined by the Director of Public <br />Service and Public Safety in accordance with specifications on file in <br />his office. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the public '~ peace, safety and welfare <br />of the City by virtue of obtaining tires and tubes for the automotive <br />equipment of the City so that the vehicles be well equipped; WHEREFORE, <br />this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~ . ~ , ~ ~{ <br />Francis J.
