G ~~ 3/~ <br />BY rWU. ~aw~v~X, <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-1-30 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARAT I ON Of PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />pirector of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga Count~- <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Richard H ~ L. E. Collier of 5136 Whitethorn Ave. <br />have paid the sum of $ 56.70 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-1-30 <br />in .the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is herby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmst~i <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assessn-~rtts <br />for the period 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 56.70on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on .Permanent Parcel No. 235-1-30 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ / q <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk of Council Francis J.
