Q,~Yi <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 231-6-11 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been Certified by the Finance <br />Qirector of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Robert R. ~ Joan Toddy °f 2831 W. 2 Oth S <br />have paid the sum of $ 59,i0 in payment of said special assessments, ~M <br />advance, for the tax years 19 b5 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 231-6-11 <br />in .the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section is That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />.authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North 01ms1lllNi <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such ass~ass+~i~s <br />for the period 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 59.10 on <br />geld parcel. <br />Section 3; That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State pf Qh1P, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel Np. 231-6-11 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />.and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: (1 1 9 <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk of Council Francis J.
