CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. y D <br />(j <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE CONSENTING TO THE MAINTENANCE <br />AND REPAIR OF CERTAIN STREETS AND ROADS BY THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS QF CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO AND GIVING THE CONSENT OF THE CITY' OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, TO THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR <br />OF CERTAIN ROADS WITHIN THE CITY OF Nt'~RTH OLMSTED, <br />OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively <br />approved a Maintenance and Repair program for the year 1965; and <br />WHEREAS, a number of the roads to be maintained and repaired <br />are City Streets and also County roads known by the following names and <br />lying between the limits designated, viz.: <br />ROAD FROM <br />Barton Road <br />Bradley Road <br />Dover Center <br />Fitch Road <br />Clague Road <br />Cedar Point <br />Lewis Road <br />Mastick Road <br />McKenzie Road <br />Stearns Road <br />Lorain Road <br />E . Line Lorain County <br />Butternut Ridge Road <br />Butternut Ridge Road <br />Lorain Road <br />Columbia Road <br />Cedar Point Road <br />Columbia Road <br />Lorain Road <br />Lorain Road <br />TO <br />S, line North Olmsted <br />N . Line North Olmsted <br />N . Line North Olmsted <br />S. Line North Olmsted <br />N . Line North Olmsted <br />E. Line North Olmsted <br />S . Line North Olmsted <br />E. Line North Olmsted <br />S. Line North Olmsted <br />S. Line North Olmsted <br />WHEREAS, the maintenance and repair may include any or all <br />of the following operations at the discretion of the County Engineer. <br />1. Repairing roadway berms. <br />2 . Cleaning and repairing culverts and drainage systems . <br />3 . Repairing and maintaining road surface . <br />4 . Mowing weeds on berms . <br />5. Repairing and installing guard rails. <br /> <br />6 . Installing and repairing road signs and warning signs . <br />7. Painting center lines and marking R. R. crossings. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That it is declared to be of public interest that the <br />consent of the City by and such consent is hereby given to the maintenance and <br />repair on the above mentioned highways between the termini aforesaid, by the <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />
