CITY OF NORTH OL`M~STED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~ `f - ZS~~ <br />BY 4 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-11-64 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Engle V. Murman of 5488 S. Porter Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 8.10 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued .interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-11-64 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assessments <br />for the period 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 8.10 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of phio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue ~f <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 235-11-64 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately frpm <br />and aft its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED; <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />~.~. ~ <br />Ra ph E Christman, Mayor <br />/1..Qi.r`. c.~ <br />Francis J. 0'N i 1, Preis +an cr ' <br />Council <br />u'je Ly <br />~~ <br />
