CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />r~' ', / RESOLUTION N0. 64-282 <br />A RESOLUTION APPS~INTING AN ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION <br />BOARD TO HEAR OBJECTIONS RELATIVE TO CONSTRUCTION OF <br />SANITARY SEWERS WITH REQUISITE APPURTENANCES IN <br />MASTICK ROAD AND OTHER STREETS AND EASEMENTS AS <br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF RESOLUTION N0. 64-254 <br />ADOPTED BY THIS COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 20, 1964 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Carroll Eian, Douglas Burns and Walter Waldbauer, <br />three disinterested freeholders of said City be and they are hereby <br />appointed to act as an assessment equalization board to hear and deter- <br />mine all timely written objections to the estimated assessments hereto- <br />fore reported to this Council of the cost of construction of sanitary <br />sewers with requisite appurtenances in Mastick Road and other streets and <br />easements as described in Section 1 of Resolution No. 64-254 adopted by <br />this Council on October 20, 1964. <br />Section 2. That the Council hereby authorizes the payment by the <br />Director of Finance out of the Sewer Assessment Fund to said Carroll <br />Eian, Douglas Burns and Walter Waldbauer, the members of the assess- <br />ment equalization board, compensation at the rate of $2.75 per hour. <br />Section 3.
