~~ -z-8~ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO, 64-_~~~~ BY .. ,Y~4_ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 61-100 ENACTED MAY 16, 1961, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 62-129, ENACTED JULY 10, 1962, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 64-38, ENACTED FEBRUARY 18, 1964, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 64-120, ENACTED JUNE 2, 1964, FIX[NG COMPENSATION OF CLERK OF COUNCIL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section l: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 61-100, enacted May 16 , 1961, as amended by Ordinance No. 62.129 , enacted July 10 , 1962 , as amended by Ordinance No. 64-38, enacted February 18, 1964, as amended by Ordinance No. 64-120, enacted June 2, 1964, reading as follows: "Effective June 2, 1964, the Director of Finance be and is hereby directed and authorized to pay to the Clerk of Council the sum of $200.00 per month and each month thereafter for the services performed by said Clerk of Council which shall be those services required to be performed by the Clerk of Council under the charter of the City and for those services as from time to time are determined to be necessary to be performed by the Clerk of Council and which at this time include as heretofore determined by Council, the necessity of pr eparing a list of names and addresses of all property owners to be assessed for a portion of the sanitary sewerage system now in the process of ~3onstruction, and the names and addresses of such owners of lands as are necessary for the ~eruic~' of all notices required by law to be made in perfecting assessments for impt~vements authorized by Council. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Effective November 17, 1964, the Director of Finance be and is hereby directed and authorized to pay to the Clerk of Council the sum of $250.00 per month and each month thereafter for the services performed by said Clerk of Council which shall be those services required to be performed by the Clerk of Council under the charter of the City and for those services as from time to time are determined to be necessary to be performed by the Clerk of Council and which at this time include as here- tofore determined by Council, the necessity of preparing a list of names and addresses of all property owners to be assessed for a portion of the sanitary sewerage system now in the process of construction, and the names and addresses of such owners of lands as are necessary for the service of all notices required by law to be made in perfecting assessments for improve- ments authorized by Council.
