CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO, 64-~ <br />BY ~ OCR <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BRETTON RIDGE <br />NO. 3, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Bretton Ridge No. 3 has heretofore <br />been filed ~itith the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred <br />to the Council; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains one hundred twenty- <br />nine sublots and four streets, to wit: Surrey Drive, Brighton Drive, Cambridge <br />Drive and Sutton Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance to the resolutions and ordinances of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council having been advised of <br />the approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of Bretton Ridge No. 3 <br />and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements <br />of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves <br />said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public welfare, peace, <br />health and safety of the City by virtue of the necessity of giving immediate <br />approval to said plat in order that the development of the City may proceed in <br />an orderly manner as rapidly as possible. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage otherwise, at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: '~- ~ S , ~~~~ <br />n, cam... c~ . ~ ~ ~. <br />Francis j.
