CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 64 - a <br />Page 2. <br />SEWER REVENUE FUND <br />$7,000.00 from Labor to Bonds ~ Interest <br />1,000.00 from Insurance to Bonds ~ Interest <br />1,000.00 from Reserve Account to Bonds ~ Interest <br />5,000.00 from Repayment General Fund to Bonds ~ Interest <br />500.00 from Labor to Equipment ~ Maintenance <br />Section 2. That to provide for current expenses and other <br />expenditures of the said City of North Olmsted during the fiscal year <br />-. ending December 31, 1964, the following additional sums be and they are <br />hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: <br />Town Hall Maintenance.......... $ 500.00 <br />Organization ~ Travel.......... 1,000.00 <br />Legal Advertising .............. 1,000.00 <br />City Portion Improvements...... 6,000.00 <br />Section 3. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that <br />no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided <br />further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a <br />legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered <br />by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 4. That this Ordinance <br />emergency measure, in that it relates to <br />welfare, and to the usual daily operation <br />departments of the City of North Olmsted, <br />in force from and after its passage. <br />PASSED : ~~ ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret West, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />_v~~ t <br />Ralp E.
