CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 64 - a Page 2. SEWER REVENUE FUND $7,000.00 from Labor to Bonds ~ Interest 1,000.00 from Insurance to Bonds ~ Interest 1,000.00 from Reserve Account to Bonds ~ Interest 5,000.00 from Repayment General Fund to Bonds ~ Interest 500.00 from Labor to Equipment ~ Maintenance Section 2. That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of the said City of North Olmsted during the fiscal year -. ending December 31, 1964, the following additional sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: Town Hall Maintenance.......... $ 500.00 Organization ~ Travel.......... 1,000.00 Legal Advertising .............. 1,000.00 City Portion Improvements...... 6,000.00 Section 3. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the specific appropriations herein made. Section 4. That this Ordinance emergency measure, in that it relates to welfare, and to the usual daily operation departments of the City of North Olmsted, in force from and after its passage.
