CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. (~'"~~~"~' <br />. ~ ~om,~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTI~ RIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-12-125 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />STORM SEWER AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a storm sewer. <br />WHEREAS, General Motore of 5648 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of ~ 95.44 in payment of said special assessments, jn adyip, <br />~qr the tax years lg 65 through lg 66 inclusive, together with accrugci 1r~ts~rsptlt <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-125 in the City of Nar~th <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of I~rth <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hor~~r <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 19 66 , inclusi~te <br />assessments in full for, construction of a storm sewer. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olms~~l <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 65 through l9 66 inclusive, amounting to <br />~ 95•~ on .said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed t+o forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohip. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to b~ an <br />emt~rgency measure necessary for the preservation of the public pence, health <br />anal welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtu <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235-12-125 for the construction of a storm sewer. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: - 5 . ~, .
