CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. &~-- <br />~Y t ` <br />AN ORDINANCE AUT ORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0.233-19-16 ~ 17 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />WATER LINE. AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a water line. <br />WHEREAS, Michael G. ~ Bernadine D. Caparon of 5256 Whitehaven Ave. <br />have paid the sum of $ 54.36 in payment of said special assessments, in adv#t+'MC~, <br />for the tax years 19 65 >~i~ac$pacXl®(x i ncl us ive, together with accrued 11~t~~~t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 233-19-16 ~ 17 in the City of Ilcrr>~h <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of ~rtM <br />Qlmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor. of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and d i rected to cancel for the years i g 65J~1~~I~X~gcx , i nc l us ive <br />assessments in full for, constriction of a water line. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City. of North Olmsted <br />is hereby. authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 65 titlfa~H(X1g(X , i nc 1 us i ve, amounting tq <br />$, 54.36 on .said parcel . <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to fo1'wlArd <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Qhior <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to ba an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtu+~ <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 233-19-16 ~ 17 for construction of a water line. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effesct immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Pass ED: Ly . 1 ~ ~ ~ 1 <br />Francis J.
