CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64- <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />RECAPPING OF TIRES FOR THE AUTOMOTNE EQUIPMENT <br />OF THE CITY, AS DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECI- <br />FICATIONS ON FILE IN HIS OFFICE, AND DECLARYNG AN <br />EMEREGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the recapping <br />of tires for the automotive equipment of the City, as determined by the Director <br />of Public Service and Public Safety in Accordance with specifications on <br />file in his office, and <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessar~r for the public peace, safety and welfare <br />of the City by virtue of obtaining recapping for tires for the automotive <br />equipment of the City so that the vehicles be safely equipped; WHEREFORE, <br />this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherewise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret T. st, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Ralph E.
