CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64- <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SOUTHERN AVENUE <br />SUBDIVISION, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of SouthemAvenue Subdivision has <br />heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and <br />referred to the Council; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains fourteen sublots and <br />one street, to wit; Southern Avenue. <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in +~onformance to the resolutions and ordinances of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of Southern Avenue Sub- <br />division, and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the <br />requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby approves said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to <br />be and emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public <br />welfare, peace, health and safety of the City by virtue of the necessity of <br />giving immediate approval to said plat in order that the development of the <br />City may proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible. WHEREFORE, <br />this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: L <br />Francis j.
