CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 64- ~~~ BY , A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THAT THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED WILL PAY SUMS IN ADDITION TO THOSE AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 63-159, ENACTED JULY 16, 1963,AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 63-159, enacted July 16, 1963 it was the intention of Council that the City of North Olmsted would pay two per cent (2%) of the total cost of the construction of sidewalks as set forth fn the aforesaid Resolution plus the cofit of all intersections, and WHEREAS, Council has now determined that the property owners on the streets as set forth in the aforesaid Resolution should only be assessed in the amount of $3.55 per front foot, and WHEREAS, it will be necessary that the City of North Olmsted assume an additional cost of Thirteen Hundred and EighLy~four Dollars and sixty-four cents ($1381.64) thereby making the City's portion for the construction of sidewalks under the aforesaid Resolution of necessity Vero Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-six Dollars and eighty-nine cents ($2, 786.89) . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That the property owners as set forth in Resolution No. 63-159 be assessed no more than $3.55 per front foot; that the City of North Olmsted assume all cost in addition to the aforesaid $3.55 which amount is One Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty-four Dollars and sixty-four cents ($1, 384.64); and that the City of North Olmsted's portion of the co~-t of constructing sidewalks as set forth in Resolution No. 63-159 be increased to the total amount of '~vo Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-six Dollars and eighty-nine cents ($2, 786.89) . Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety by virtue of the need to assess the property owners as aforesaid and to certify same to the County Auditor; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and immediately after its passage and approv 1 by the Mayor, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law.
