CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64 - B Y ~ Lle~_ 1/11 ~ .' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART OF TF-IE ORDINANCE NO. 62 -33 (KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LANDS AS A CLASS "B" RESIDENTIAL TO GENERAL RETAI BUSINESS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That the official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62«33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmstec~~be amended by changing the designation thereon of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoa and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Lots Nos. 10 and 11, Tract No. 6, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the old center line of Lorain Road, at the Northwesterly corner of the first parcel of land conveyed to Mildred Carlton by deed dated June 28, 1951, and recorded in Volume 7279, Page 669 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence North 61 ° 55' 50" East, along the old center line of Lorain Road, 53. 78 feet to the Northeasterly corner of the first parcel of land so conveyed to Mildred Carlton; thence South 12 ° 10' 00" East, along the Easterly line of land so conveyed, 276. 77 feet to an angle; thence South 6° 44' 20" East, continuing along said Easterly line, 44. 10 feet to a point; thence South $9 ° 48" 00" East, 81.58 feet to a point; thence South 0 ° 33' 30" West, 118...2.5 feet to a point; thence North 89 ° 48' 00" West, 70 feet to a point; thence South 0 ° 33' 30" West, 13 feet to a point; thence South 54° 13' 30" West, 102. 13 feet to a point; thence North 49° 55' 45" West, 155 feet to apoint; thence North 54° O 1' 35" East, 70.95 feet to a point; thence South 89 ° 48' 00" East, 91. 55 feet to the westerly .line of the first parcel of land so conveyed to Mildred Carlton, as aforesaid; thence North 9 ° 03' 1914 West, 184.91 feet to an angle; thence North 14° 14' 10" West, 160. 6g feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0. 9828 acres of land, as shown ~~~' by the survey of the Henry G.
