CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 64-248 <br />By: Mr, Mangani <br />,~ ,, ': <br />~_ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED <br />AS PART Q: THE ORDINANCE N0. 62-33 (KNOWN AS <br />THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) <br />BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN <br />LANDS (5 SUBLOTS) ON THE WEST SIDE OF CLAGUE <br />ROAD, FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS ~~-'"a , <br />A CLASS "C" SINGLE RESIDENCE TO A TWO (2) FAMILY `.~ .~ <br />RESIDENCE, ~•' <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted <br />State of Ohio: ' <br />Section 1; That the official Zone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No, 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code <br />of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation <br />thereon of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows; <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being part of the Original ~..~ <br />Dover Township Lots No, 29 and 30 and further described <br />as follows: ~`` <br />Parcel No. 1 <br />Beginning at the most Northwesterly corner of Sub Lot <br />No, 5 in Rose Tree Subdivision Number 1 as recorded <br />in Volume 187, Page 54 on June 26, 1963 in the Cuyahoga <br />County Map Records; <br />Thence, North 0° 08' 59" East along the Easterly line of <br />the said Rose Tree Subdivision No, 1 I a distance of 79.28 <br />feet to a point; <br />Thence, North <br />to a point; <br />Thence, South <br />a point, said <br />of Sub Lot No <br />vision No. l; <br />890 31' 54" East a distance of 254.15 feet <br />0° 25' 40" East a distance of 79.46 feet to <br />point being the most Northeasterly corner <br />2 as recorded in the said Rose Tree Subdi- <br />Thence, South 89° 34' 20" West along the Northerly lines <br />of Sub Lots Nos, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as recorded in the said Rose <br />Tree Subdivision Number 1 a distance of 254,95 feet to the <br />place of beginning. <br />Parcel No, 2 <br />All of Sub Lots No, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 inclusive as recorded <br />in Rose Tree Subdivision No. 1 in Volume 187, Page 54 <br />on June 26, 1963 in the Cuyahoga County Map Records. <br />from its present designation thereon of said land (5 Sublots) on the <br />west side of Clague Road and on the north side of Delmere Drive, fr°m <br />its present designation thereon as a Class "C" Single Residence to a <br />Two (2) Family Residence, <br />Section 2; That the actual amendment be made on the <br />Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted to reflect the change <br />
