CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 64- 243 <br />BY MANGANI <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED <br />AS PART OF THE ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 (KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH QLMSTED) BY <br />CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LANDS <br />ON BOTH SIDES OF LORAIN ROAD, BACK A DISTANCE OF <br />APPROXIMATELY 500 FEET, BEGINNING AT THE WESTERLY <br />LINE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED EAST TO A POINT <br />WHERE THE RIGHT-A-WAY OF THE CLEVELAND ELECTRIC <br />ILLUMINATING COMPANY CROSSES LORAIN ROAD, FROM ITS <br />PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS A GENERAL RETAIL <br />DISTRICT TO THAT OF A LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Official Zone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code <br />of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation thereon <br />of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Dover <br />Township Lot No. 1 and further bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the interesection of the southeasterly line of <br />Lorain Road, 80 feet wide, with the southwesterly line of <br />a Cleveland Electric Illuminating ComRany easement, in the <br />southwesterly part of the City of North Olmsted;, <br />Thence southeasterly along the southwesterly line of said <br />Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company easement a distance <br />of about 4 39 feet to a point; <br />Thence southerly along the westerly line of the Zehman, <br />Wolf and Sherman Construction Company, North Olmsted Sub- <br />division No. 2 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 171, <br />Page 16 and 17 of Cuyahoga County Map Records , a distance <br />of about 830.35 feet to a point; <br />Thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of land <br />conveyed to Detroit Rocky River Prop., Inc. by deed dated <br />August 26, 1954 and shown as permanent parcel number <br />2 34 -9 -4 in Cuyahoga County Auditors Map Books , to a <br />point 450 feet as measured perpendicularly from the south- <br />easterly line of Lorain Road; <br />Thence southwesterly along a line parallel to and 450 feet <br />as measured perpendicularly from the southeasterly line <br />of Lorain Road to a point on the southeasterly projection of <br />the northeasterly line of land conveyed to Stephen L. and <br />I. O . Wagner by deed dated September 13 , 1946 and shown <br />as permanent parcel number 234-9-2, C. C. A. M. B.; <br /> <br />
