CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64- 243 BY MANGANI AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART OF THE ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 (KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH QLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LANDS ON BOTH SIDES OF LORAIN ROAD, BACK A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 500 FEET, BEGINNING AT THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED EAST TO A POINT WHERE THE RIGHT-A-WAY OF THE CLEVELAND ELECTRIC ILLUMINATING COMPANY CROSSES LORAIN ROAD, FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT TO THAT OF A LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That the Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation thereon of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 1 and further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the interesection of the southeasterly line of Lorain Road, 80 feet wide, with the southwesterly line of a Cleveland Electric Illuminating ComRany easement, in the southwesterly part of the City of North Olmsted;, Thence southeasterly along the southwesterly line of said Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company easement a distance of about 4 39 feet to a point; Thence southerly along the westerly line of the Zehman, Wolf and Sherman Construction Company, North Olmsted Sub- division No. 2 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 171, Page 16 and 17 of Cuyahoga County Map Records , a distance of about 830.35 feet to a point; Thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of land conveyed to Detroit Rocky River Prop., Inc. by deed dated August 26, 1954 and shown as permanent parcel number 2 34 -9 -4 in Cuyahoga County Auditors Map Books , to a point 450 feet as measured perpendicularly from the south- easterly line of Lorain Road; Thence southwesterly along a line parallel to and 450 feet as measured perpendicularly from the southeasterly line of Lorain Road to a point on the southeasterly projection of the northeasterly line of land conveyed to Stephen L. and I. O . Wagner by deed dated September 13 , 1946 and shown as permanent parcel number 234-9-2, C. C. A. M. B.;
