<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64- 243 Page 3 <br />Thence southerly along said westerly line of the City <br />of North Olmsted to a point 450 feet as measured <br />perpendicularly from the southeasterly line of Lorain Road; <br />Thence northeasterly along a line parallel to and 450 feet <br />as measured perpendicularly from the southeasterly line <br />of Lorain Road a distance of 350 feet to apoint; <br />Thence northwesterly along a line to the intersection of <br />the southeasterly line of Lorain Road and the most <br />- westerly line of the City of North Olmsted, the principal <br />place of beginning, be the same more or less but subject <br />to all legal highways . <br />The described property hereinabove is also known as the <br />Trailer Park Zoned Area in the southwestern part of the <br />City as shown by the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, <br />dated August 6, 1964. <br />PARCEL No . 2 . <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Dover <br />Township Lot No. 2 and further bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the most westerly corporation <br />line of the City of North Olmsted with the northwesterly line <br />of Lorain Road, 80 feet wide at that point; <br />Thence northerly along said corporation line a distance of <br />about 656.48 feet to a point; <br />Thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of land <br />conveyed to Joseph P. and E. L. Kadylak by deed dated April <br />17, 1962 and shown as permanent parcel number 234-2-3 in <br />Cuyahoga County Auditors Map Books a distance of about <br />238.32 feeti~ the most westerly corner of land conveyed <br />to Frederick and E. A. Eckert by deed dated June 30 , 19 3 3 , <br />and shown as permanent parcel number 234-2-4 in Cuyahoga <br />Coungy Auditors Map Books . <br />Thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of said <br />land conveyed to Frederick and E. A. Eckert a distance of <br />;k°''` about 68.83 feet to a point; <br />Thence continuing northeasterly along the northwesterly line <br />of land conveyed to Frederick L. Crider by deed dated August <br />15 , 1949 and shown as permanent parcel number 234-3-5 , <br />Cuyahoga County Auditors Map Books a distance of 73.70 feet <br />to the most northerly corner of said land; <br />
