.~ l <br />..~ - <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64- 243 Page 5 <br />Thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of said <br />land conveyed to Mike and Hazel Karres a distance of 140 <br />feet to a point on the southwesterly line of land conveyed <br />to Robert H. , Jr. and J. N. Jamieson by deed dated March 3, <br />1958 and shown as permanent parcel number 234-3-1, <br />Cuyahoga County Auditors Map Book; <br /> <br />Thence northwesterly along said southwesterly line of land <br />conveyed to Robert H. , Jr. and J. N. Jamieson a distance of <br />about 34 feet to a point at a perpendicular distance of <br />450 feet from the northeasterly line of Lorain Read; <br />Thence northeasterly along a line parallel to and at a <br />perpendicular distance of 450 feet from the northeasterly <br />line of Lorain Road a distance of about 445 feet to a point on <br />the southwesterly line of a Cleveland Electric Illuminating <br />Company easement; <br />Thence southeasterly along the southwesterly line of a <br />Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company easement, a distance <br />of about 515 feet to the northwesterly line of Lorain Road, <br />80 feet wide at that point' <br />Thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of Lorain <br />Road a distance of about 1887.19 feet to the principal <br />place of beginning, be the same more or less but subejct <br />to all legal highways . <br />The described property is also known as the Retail Business- <br />General zoned area on the northwesterly side of Lorain <br />Road between the Lorain County line and a Cleveland <br />Electric~lttminating Company easement in the southwestern <br />part of North Olmsted as shown by the Zone Map of the <br />City of North Olmsted, dated August 6, 19~i4. <br />from its present designation thereon of said land a General <br />Retail District to that of Limited Industry District. <br />Section 2: That the actual amendment be made on the <br />Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted to reflect the change set <br />forth in Section 1 herein. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV- Section 12 <br />of the Charter of the- City of North Olmsted. <br />10/6/64 <br />First reading <br />~0/2$f 64 ~ ~VX A,WtA~(~J 1,~ <br />Second reading ~ <br />~~~.~ <br />~. <br />Francis J.
