CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64-~~ <br />BY ~~~~. <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO <br />IMPROVE SECTIONS OF BARYON ROAD BRADLEY ROAD, <br />MILL ROAD, BROXBOURNE ROAD AND CANTERBURY <br />ROAD IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO BY INSTALLIP <br />AND CONSTRUCTING THEREIN WATER MAINS, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio, three-fourths of all members elected therein concurring. <br />Section 1 ° That it is necessary to improve the following <br />streets by installing therein water mains as shown on the plans hereinafter <br />referred to, prepared by the City Engineer. <br />1. Barton Road, from the existing water line on Barton <br />Road south to the North Olmsted city limits a distance of <br />approximately 2127 feet. <br />2. Bradley Road, from the existing water line on Barton <br />Road southwest to the North Olmsted city limits a <br />distance of approximately 2800 feet. <br />3. Mill Road, existing water line on Dover Center Road <br />west to the existing water line on Porter Road a <br />distance of approximately 1350 feet. <br />4. Broxbourne Road, existing water line on Wellesley <br />Avenue west Guilford Road a distance of approximately <br />820 feet. <br />5. Canterbury Road from the existing water line on <br />Butternut Ridge Road south a distance of approximately <br />2220 feet. <br />Section 2; It is hereby determined and declared that <br />said improvement is conductive to the public health, convenience and <br />welfare of said City and the Inhabitants thereof. <br />Section 3: That the grade of said street and improvements <br />shall be the grade as shown by the Engineer's plans and profiles which are <br />made a part hereof. <br />Section 4: That the plans, specifications, estimates and <br />profiles of the proposed improvement, heretofore prepared by the engineer <br />and now on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, are hereby approved. <br />Section 5: That the whole cost of said improvement, less <br />one-fiftieth of such whole cost together with the cost of intersections, <br />shall be assessed in proportion toflze benefits upon the following described <br />lots and lands, to -wit: <br />I <br />
