CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 64-~~ <br />BY <br />AN OR INANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS <br />PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33, (KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED} BY <br />CHANGING THE DESIGNI'fiTION THEREON OF SUBLOT5 <br />2'Y and 28 IN B. J. LUCEY'S BUTTERNUT HEIGHTS SUB- <br />DIVISION FROM CLASS B RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO THAT <br />OF GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section No. 1: That the Official Zone Map of the City of <br />North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning <br />Code of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation <br />thereon of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio: <br />Andk known as being part of Sub-Lot No. 27 and <br />all of Sub-lot No. 28 in B. J. Lucey's Butternut Heights <br />Subdividion of part of Original Olmsted Township Lots <br />Nos. 21 and 22, Tract No. 6, as shown by the recorded <br />plat in Volume 99 of Maps, Page 24 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records, and together forming a parcel of land bounded <br />and described as follows: <br />Beginning on the Northeasterly line of Luceydale <br />Avenue at its intersection with the Northwesterly line of <br />Sub-lot No. 27; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly <br />line of Sub-lot No. 27, 104.28 feet to the most Southerly <br />corner of Sub-lot No. 21 in said Subdivision; thence South- <br />easterly along the Southeasterly prolongation of the <br />Southwesterly line of said Sub-lot No. 21, 7 feet to a point; <br />thence Northeasterly parallel with the Southeasterly line of <br />Sub-lot No. 21, 50 feet to a point in the Southeasterly <br />prolongation of the Northeasterly line of said Sub-lot No. 21; <br />thence Northeasterly in a direct line to a point in the Southerly <br />prolongation of the Easterly line of Sub-lot No. 22 in said <br />Subdivision which is 8. 10 feet southerly measured along the <br />said Southerly prolongation from the Southerly line of said <br />Sub lot No. 22; thence Northerly along said prolongation <br />8. 10 feet to the Northerly line of Sub-lot No. 27; thence <br />Easterly along the Northerly line of Sub-lot No. 27, 30 feet <br />to the Northeasterly corner of said Sub-lot; thence Southerly <br />along the Easterly line of said Sub-lots Nos. 27 and 28, 120 <br />feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Sub-lot No. 28; thence <br />Southwesterly on the Southeasterly line of Sub-lot No. 28, <br />167.83 feet to the Northeasterly line of Luceydale Avenue; <br />thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly curved line of <br />Luceydale Avenue, 81.45 feet to the place of beginning, be <br />the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />a ~o...:..F .. _. _ <br />
