CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 64-~~ BY AN OR INANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33, (KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED} BY CHANGING THE DESIGNI'fiTION THEREON OF SUBLOT5 2'Y and 28 IN B. J. LUCEY'S BUTTERNUT HEIGHTS SUB- DIVISION FROM CLASS B RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO THAT OF GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section No. 1: That the Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation thereon of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: Andk known as being part of Sub-Lot No. 27 and all of Sub-lot No. 28 in B. J. Lucey's Butternut Heights Subdividion of part of Original Olmsted Township Lots Nos. 21 and 22, Tract No. 6, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 99 of Maps, Page 24 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Northeasterly line of Luceydale Avenue at its intersection with the Northwesterly line of Sub-lot No. 27; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of Sub-lot No. 27, 104.28 feet to the most Southerly corner of Sub-lot No. 21 in said Subdivision; thence South- easterly along the Southeasterly prolongation of the Southwesterly line of said Sub-lot No. 21, 7 feet to a point; thence Northeasterly parallel with the Southeasterly line of Sub-lot No. 21, 50 feet to a point in the Southeasterly prolongation of the Northeasterly line of said Sub-lot No. 21; thence Northeasterly in a direct line to a point in the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Sub-lot No. 22 in said Subdivision which is 8. 10 feet southerly measured along the said Southerly prolongation from the Southerly line of said Sub lot No. 22; thence Northerly along said prolongation 8. 10 feet to the Northerly line of Sub-lot No. 27; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Sub-lot No. 27, 30 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Sub-lot; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Sub-lots Nos. 27 and 28, 120 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Sub-lot No. 28; thence Southwesterly on the Southeasterly line of Sub-lot No. 28, 167.83 feet to the Northeasterly line of Luceydale Avenue; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly curved line of Luceydale Avenue, 81.45 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. a ~o...:..F .. _. _
