CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 64-~~ <br />~C <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br />FOR THE EIGHT INCH WATER MAIN TO BE INSTALLED <br />ON REED DRIVE FROM GEORGETTE AVENUE TO <br />MICHAEL AVENUE A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY <br />413 FEET, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Fl.anning Commission has heretofore <br />reviewed and approved the proposed improvement plans for the installation <br />of an eight inch water main on Reed F~ri've from Georgette Avenue to Michael <br />Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, there is but one owner of real property which <br />abuts only upon Reed Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, the aforementioned owner of real property has <br />agreed to assume all the cost of extending an eight inch water main along <br />Reed Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, Council in order to furnish water to the aforesaid <br />property owner does hereby determine that said improvement plans should <br />be approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby approve the <br />improvement plans for the installation of an eight inch water main alongside <br />of Reed Drive from Georgette Avenue to Michael Avenue, in the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, upon the condition that the developer, the owner <br />of the real property which abuts on Reed Drive sdely, assumes and pays <br />the entire cost of the installation of the aforesaid eight inch water rra. in. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare <br />by virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within approvement <br />plans in order that the real property abutting Reed Drive can be developed, <br />as rapidly as possible; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ,~ lQ~ <br />Francis J.
