O1 ECIFYING GENERAL BUILDING FEES AND GOVERNING CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. ~E IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Section 1: That Ordinance No, 64-23 enacted January 24, 1964, (Title V Chapter 1321, Section 1321.01), presently reading as follows: "1321, O1 GENERAL BUILDING FEES: CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. The following permit and inspection fee schedule is authorized to be charged and collected by the Building Commissioner: (a) Residential Building, new construction: (1) One family houses: Initial fee $ Plus $2.00 for each 100 sq, ft, of the area of a building including the upper most stories of useable area, (2) Two family houses: Initial fee Plus $2.00 for each 100 sq. ft, of the area of a building, including the upper most stories of useable area.
