CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 64- ~~ <br />ar~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A CHANGE FUND IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF FIFTY DOLLARS IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has advised Council <br />of the necessity of establishing a Change Fund within his office in order that <br />the Finance Office can accept payments for various fees and assessments <br />made there, and <br />WHEREAS, Council in order to expedite services to the <br />citizens of the City of North Olmsted, wishes to establish a Fifty Dollar <br />Change Fund in the office of the Director of Finance to assist the Director <br />of Finance in accepting payment made to his office. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council does hereby determine the <br />necessity of establishing a Fifty Dollar Change Fund within the office of <br />the Director of Finance, and does hereby order the Director of Finance <br />to establish and maintain a Change Fund in the amount of Fifty Dollars. <br />Said fund to be used in the Finance Office for the purpose of making change <br />fo-r payments received at the Office of the Director of Finance. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the public peace, aad welfare of the <br />City of North Olmsted by virtue of the fact that the Office of the Director <br />of Finance is constantly accepting payments made by the citizens +Rnd <br />as such is in need of the aforesaid Change Fund; WHEREFORE, this Ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, <br />at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~~ ~ ,~ ~ ~ T <br />TTEST: <br />~.fl~C, <br />-' Margaret West, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />C. , <br />Ralp E.
